Larry’s passion for the community and vision for the future has evolved his company into a highly successful land development company. His responsibility as the CEO/Owner is to develop an innovative, diverse and experienced team to oversee all of Landrex’s operations. Larry's personal involvement in the communities where Landrex develops is reflected through his generous donations to various charities and organizations.
Outside of the office, Larry enjoys golfing, walking his dogs, keeping active, travelling, and spending quality time with his family.

Executive Vice PresidentWith more than 15 years of progressive experience in finance, Sophie offers a diverse and robust perspective to the Landrex team. She has worked in various roles in government administration, Oil and Gas and banking.
Sophie is the day-to-day conductor of the Landrex train. She is responsible for guiding and overseeing all departments with a specific financial focus. Sophie works closely alongside Landrex’s CEO and Owner to create success through innovation.
Outside of the office, Sophie loves spending quality time with her husband and kids. She has an infectious energy that reminds others to dream big. We are grateful for her ambition and drive.
Development ManagerStephanie oversees all aspects of the land development process from regulatory approvals to construction. She coordinates with planning and engineering consultants for preliminary and detailed design and construction of neighbourhoods in St. Albert, Morinville, Sherwood Park and Fort Saskatchewan. As well, Stephanie prepares all neighbourhood performas and project budgets. Stephanie is a member of the Urban Development Institute (UDI) in St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan and Spruce Grove.
During her spare time, Stephanie enjoys camping and skiing. She is valued for her kindness and patience, and respected for her vast knowledge of planning and development.
Marketing ManagerMadisen has been with Landrex since January of 2018. Over her tenure, Madisen has gradually taken on an increased level of responsibility with marketing and now manages, plans, and executes all things marketing for the company.
Madisen has created new marketing programs for each of our communities, hosted multiple corporate and community events, as well as successfully launched a corporate marketing campaign with the goal of making Landrex a household name. She is full of wit, and eagerly adapts to new challenges.
In her free time, Madisen likes to network, travel to new places, spend time with her family, and is involved with the Make-A-Wish Foundation's Young Professional Advisory Council. Madisen is a sunny personality who brings an undeniable charm to the lives of anyone she interacts with, both personally and professionally.
Project CoordinatorHeather has been with Landrex for over 18 years. During her tenure with the organization, Heather has been involved in many different aspects of the business, currently as Project Coordinator overseeing the construction of our subdivisions. She is a passionate and dedicated member of the team.
Heather has been involved with the Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters organization for 15 + years. She is the co-chair of the Children First Golf Classic committee and is involved with their Dream Home Lottery fundraiser which Landrex has been a part of for more than 25 years. She enjoys golfing and is a dedicated Saskatchewan Roughrider fan.
Corporate ControllerCoral started with Landrex in 2019. She has 10+ years in senior accounting management roles within a variety of industries (financial services, professional services, manufacturing, and oil and gas). Her humour and friendliness always brings an upbeat attitude to the office.
A farm girl at heart, Coral loves to travel, listen to ‘80s music, and always has a book nearby.
Paralegal and Executive AssistantBev joined Landrex in 2010, bringing with her over 35 years of experience as a paralegal and executive assistant. She shares her expertise and organizational skills to support the Landrex team with real estate, financing, acquisitions, and corporate work. The team happily enjoys her kindness, intelligence, and organizational skills.
Bev is a graduate of NAIT and is committed to being a lifelong learner, continually sharpening her knowledge and talents.
Bev is interested in genealogy and enjoys entertaining, travelling, reading, and playing golf.
Executive Assistant to CEO/OwnerMarilyn has worked with Landrex since March 2005, and is an incredible asset to the organization. Working closely with Larry, Marilyn is responsible for financial reporting, and administrative duties. Her top-notch organization and executional skills, bright smile, and caring nature make her a beloved team member.
In her spare time, Marilyn volunteers for the Heart and Stroke Foundation and many non-profit/charity bingo events. Being a health enthusiast, Marilyn loves to walk, hike, and bike during her spare time.
Office AdministratorShanna is a graduate of BS Computer Science in the Philippines, and prior to joining the Landrex team, she worked in Abu Dhabi, UAE for 7 years. Since August of 2016, Shanna has been adding her professionalism and warmth to the Landrex experience, which you'll feel as soon as you walk through our doors. She’s experienced in many fields, as her duties include accounts payable, IT support, and various administrative tasks. Shanna’s attention to detail will ensure that you are taken care of the moment you call our front desk.
In her free time, Shanna enjoys swimming, camping, and traveling. Her savvy computer skills and impeccable knack for problem-solving are matched by her friendliness and warmth.
Corporate AdvisorGarry’s role is to undertake unique projects with the intent of expanding and diversifying Landrex’s portfolio. He works closely alongside municipalities to improve the overall infrastructure and development of the communities Landrex develops in.
Among Garry's favourite pastimes is vacationing with his beautiful wife in Mexico. When he's not at work, Garry can be found cooking, reading, and traveling — sometimes all at once! Garry is a proud member of the St. Albert District Chamber of Commerce. Garry brings humour, patience, and a passion for relationship building to the Landrex team.
Financial AnalystDiana is currently on Maternity leave and is expected to return to her position in late 2020.
Diana started with Landrex in September 2013 and is responsible for completing month ends, bank reconciliations, reporting, agreements receivables and project bank draws while working closely with the finance team. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and fun-loving spirit are second to none!
Diana's interests include travelling, attending social events, and watching the Oilers play (and hopefully win).
